Description
Fluorocarbon Water Repellent FC-603 can impart excellent water and oil repellency to various of fabrics, including natural fibers, synthetic fibers and blend fibers. It is especially suitable for synthetic fibers, it has excellent waterproofing effects. TPD-FC603 is C6 product, it doesn’t contain any PFOS/PFOA.

Application Method
TPD-FC603 can be applied by padding or impregnation finishing.

Notice
1. In order to achieve a good effect, the finishing fabrics must be well pretreated, the surface of the fabrics should be kept clean and dry, no chemical residuals.
2. This product must be mixed evenly before trial, and it should be prepared by using qualified printing and dyeing water.
3. Fluoride finishing agents have poor resistance to shear force, so low speed agitation is needed when it is used, the foam on the surface of the product must be eliminated, but defoaming agent is NOT suggested to be added.
Packing
Package: 200kg plastic drums or as per request.
Storage
1. The product should be stored in a shady cool warehouse, it should not be mixed with any impurities. If it is stored outside in winter, freezing should be avoided, if the temperature is lower than 0 ℃, the product will solidify or have poor liquidity. If it is heated to 25℃ and then stir it, it can still be used, the performance of the product will not be affected.
2. There will be some sediment at the bottom of the product, but it will not affect the performance of the product, no measures are needed to be taken to deal with it.
3. The storage temperature is 5-35℃, it should be kept away from fire, the container should be kept tightly sealed in order to aviod the case that the product be volatilized or the impuirities be mixed into the product.
Shelf Life
Shelf life: 12 months.
