Description
TPD-503SA is a premium low-molecular-weight PTFE Micropowder (also known as Micronized PTFE or PTFE Wax) manufactured via specialized processing technology. With a typical average particle size of 1.6 micron, this white powdery material is certified PFOA/PFOS Free and fully compliant with EU REACH regulations, meeting global environmental requirements for fluorochemical products.
Retaining the inherent outstanding properties of standard PTFE, TPD-503SA also boasts unique advantages such as uniform particle distribution and exceptional dispersibility. It can blend evenly with various base materials to effectively enhance non-stick performance, friction resistance, scratch resistance and surface smoothness of finished products. As a versatile functional additive and dry solid lubricant, it serves multiple industrial sectors including lubrication, printing, coating and plastic modification.

Main Applications
1. Lubricants & Greases
Functional additive for high-end lubricating oils and heavy-load low-speed greases for transmission machinery; reduces friction coefficient and extends the service life of lubrication systems. It can also be used as dry solid lubricant for mechanical sliding parts.
2. Printing Inks
Additive for printing inks and inkjet powders, improving ink fluidity, surface smoothness and wear resistance of printed layers.
3. Coatings & Paints
- Additive for coil coatings, powder coatings, wood coatings, leather coatings and plastic coatings to enhance anti-scratch, anti-stick and weather-resistant performance.
- Key additive for non-stick coatings and high-corrosion-resistance fluorocarbon coatings, boosting corrosion protection and surface durability.
4. Plastic Modification
Blending additive for various engineering plastics, improving the lubricity, wear resistance and processing performance of plastic products.
Recommended Usage Method
1. Recommended Dosage: The optimal addition ratio ranges from 0.1% to 1.0% based on different base materials and application requirements.
2. Dispersion Process: Use high-speed stirring during mixing to realize uniform dispersion of this PTFE Wax and avoid particle agglomeration.
3. Pre-treatment Suggestion: To maintain excellent dispersibility and blendability, pre-dry the powder in an oven at a temperature below 120℃ before formal use.
