High‑Performance Perfluoropolyether Additive
PFPE Polymer Additive TOPDA P Grades are fully fluorinated perfluoropolyether fluids specially developed as high‑performance internal additives for polymer compounds.
These additives can be directly compounded with thermoplastics, elastomers, and rubber materials to significantly improve surface lubricity, wear resistance, anti‑friction performance, and release properties — without altering the original mechanical strength, color, or processing characteristics of the base polymer.
Key Features
- 100% fully fluorinated perfluoropolyether structures
- Excellent compatibility with most polymers and elastomers
- Improves wear resistance, sliding performance, and mold release
- No impact on mechanical properties, color, or appearance
- Low volatility and high thermal stability
- Extends service life of finished polymer parts
- Suitable for masterbatch and direct compounding
