Description
TPD-FS-R8300 is uncatalyzed fluorosilicone rubber base mixed evenly with some kinds of fillers and additives. It has excellent high strength and high tear strength.

Technical Index
Properties obtained using 0.7phr. 2,5-Dimethyl-2,5-di(tert-butylperoxy)hexane(DBPH). Molded 15min at 170°C, post-cured 4hr at 200°C.
If other cure temperature needed, vulcanization system shall be changed. .

1. This is a kind of material with high strength and high tear strength, suitable for higher requirement in application.
2. Can be applied in aviation industry, auto industry, petroleum chemical industry, medical and health care industry and military industry.

Transportation & Storage
1. Transported as non-dangerous chemicals.
2. Require sealed and airproof packing.
3. Should be stored in a shady cool, ventilated warehouse.
4. Keep away from fire, heat source, direct sunlight and rain.
5. Avoid from oxidant, acid, alkali chemical materials and other impurities.
6. The product can flow under its own weight. Keep it in good condition of packing during transportation and application to avoid flowing out.
