Description
TPD-FS-LR7400 adopts a platinum vulcanizing system, it is a liquid polymer material by adding various fillers and additives with vinyl polyfluorosiloxane as the base rubber and hydrogen-containing polyfluorosiloxane as the crossing agent. It has high strength and good resilience, it is suitable for injection process, fast and convenient molding.

Application
Liquid Fluorosilicone Rubber TPD-FS-LR7400 is divided into component A and component B, packaged separately, when in use, the component A and component B are mixed completely on the three-roller grinder or planetary mixer according to the mass ratio of 1:1, and then defoaming treatment, mould pressing and coating curing. Or if you use an injection molding machine, you can operate directly the vulcanization process by the platform. The users shall decide the optimum curing temperature and time according to the product dimensions and curing methods.
Packing
Both component A and component B are packed in N.W.20KG Plastic drums individually.
Transportation & Storage
1. Transported as non-dangerous chemicals.
2. Require sealed and airproof packing.
3. Should be stored in a shady cool, ventilated warehouse.
4. Keep away from fire, heat source, direct sunlight and rain.
5. Avoid from oxidant, acid, alkali chemical materials and other impurities.
6. The product can flow under its own weight. Keep it in good condition of packing during transportation and application to avoid flowing out.
Shelf life
Shelf life: 1 year.
