Applications
TPD-605NA is mainly used as an additive for lubricating oils and greases., it has very good dispersing effect, lubricating effect and obvious thickening effect, it can effectively prevent the loss of greases and enhance the lubricating function.
Suggested Usage Method
- Recommended Dosage: Lubricating grease: 5%-40%, Lubricants: 0.5-3.0%;
- Operation Tips: High-speed stirring is required to achieve optimal dispersion effect of this Micronized PTFE.
- Pre-treatment: To retain excellent dispersion and blending properties of the PTFE Micropowder, oven treatment below 120℃ is allowed before use.
