Description
Composition: low molecular weight polymer of methyl-(3,3,3-trifluoropropyl)siloxane
Fluorosilicone Elastomer Topda FS-ER1100 is a low molecular weight polymer of methyl-(3,3,3-trifluoropropyl)siloxane. It is a room temperature vulcanized fluoroslicone elastomer, its molecular weight is only tens of thousands. It is easy to process and convenient to apply because of its low molecular weight. Meanwhile it still keeps good performance owned by the high molecular weight fluorosilicone elastomer, such as resistance to chemical mediums, oil and wide application temperature range. It can be cured under room temperature, so it can be used as adhesive agent and sealing agent, as well as auxiliary agent in industry.

Application
Suitable to be used as base oil for binding agent to bond fluorosilicone rubber and silicone rubber products, or silicone rubber and fluorocarbon rubber products.
Suitable to be used as base oil for binding agent and sealing agent with medium oil & solvent resistance, high & low temperature resistance (e.g. supporting board of fuel operation system and seals in a place to be cleaned with solvents)
Packing
Plastic drums. Each drum is 1kg/5kg/20kg/50KG.
Transportation & Storage
Transported as non-dangerous substance.
Keep it in good condition of packing during transportation.
The product should be stored in a dry and ventilate place at room temperature.
Avoid from acid, alkali chemical materials and other impurities.
Shelf life
Shelf life: 1 year.
