Description
Topda FF2800 Grade is a black perfluoroelastomer compound. It has the properties of unmatched chemical resistance, excellent thermal stability, good mechanical properties and excellent durable sealing characteristic. It is widely used in chemical, petrochemical, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, oil and gas exploitation, aerospace and other fields. Perfluoroelastomer compound Topda FF2800 Grade is available with temperature resistance from 230℃ to 315℃.
Features
- Unmatched chemical resistance
Perfluoropolyether rubber products can withstand the attack of more than 1600 chemicals. They can still show their excellent stability in ethers, amines, ketones, oxidants, organic solvents, fuels, acids, alkalis and other environments which ordinary fluorinatd rubbers cannot resist.
- Excellent high temperature resistance
Under the temperature of 240℃，the deformation rate of ordinary fluorinated rubbers rises sharply with time, while the compression set of perfluoropolyether rubbers always remain below 50%. Perfluoropolyether rubbers can still remain the elasticity at the temperature of 300℃.
- Excellent durable sealing characteristic
Perfluoroether rubbers can show their excellent durable sealing characteristic in ethers, amines, ketones, oxidants, organic solvents, fuels, acids, alkalis and other environments which ordinary fluorinatd rubbers cannot resist.

Application
It can be used to produce molded parts with excellent resistance to high temperature, solvent & fuels and corrosion, such as gaskets, O-rings, seals, etc.
It is widely used in chemical, petrochemical, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, oil and gas exploitation, aerospace and other fields.
Packing
Perfluoroelastomer compound Topda FF2800 is sealed in a plastic film bag and then packed in a carton box. The net weight is 20KG.
Transportation & Storage
Transported as non-dangerous cargo, kept away from the source of contamination, sun-light, water, etc., during transportation.
Should be stored at the clean, cool and dry warehouse.
Shelf life
Shelf life: 24 months.
