TPD-FS-R8600 is uncatalyzed fluorosilicone rubber base mixed evenly with some kinds of fillers and additives. It is suitable for DCBP extrusion molding.

Processing Recommendation
1. It is recommended to use 0.8-1.0 phr. peroxide (2,4-dichlorobenzoy) Vulcanizing agent (DCBP).
2. The users should decide the optimum curing temperature and time according to the product dimensions and curing methods.

The product is suitable for extrusion applications.

Transportation & Storage
1. Transported as non-dangerous chemicals.
2. Require sealed and airproof packing.
3. Should be stored in a shady cool, ventilated warehouse.
4. Keep away from fire, heat source, direct sunlight and rain.
5. Avoid from oxidant, acid, alkali chemical materials and other impurities.
6. The product can flow under its own weight. Keep it in good condition of packing during transportation and application to avoid flowing out.
