FEP Resin TPD-802 is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene. It has good thermal stability, outstanding chemical inert, excellent electrical insulation and low friction coefficient. It can be processed by thermoplastic processing method. TPD-802 is a kind of resins with high molecular weight and low melt index.

Heat Stress Cracking Resistance / Crackless
TPD-802 is a heat stress cracking resistant moulding plastic, it is used in the situations where stress cracking resistance is required and low or medium speed processing, mainly used for heat shrinkable tubes, pumps, valves, piping and lining, wire insulation layer, etc.
The processing temperature should not exceed 420°C, to prevent decomposition and releasing of toxic gases.
Packed in plastic bags, net weight 25kg/bag.
Transportation & Storage
1. Transported as non-dangerous cargo.
2. Stored in a clean, dry and ventilated place, impurities like dust and moisture should be kept way.
