1. Lubrication Industry

Used as a key additive for high-grade lubricating oil, as well as heavy-load & low-speed grease for transmission machinery. It greatly improves lubricating performance, wear resistance and service life of grease products.

2. Coating Industry

Ideal additive for high-corrosion resistant fluorocarbon coatings, non-stick coatings and other functional coatings.

3. Other Fields

Polymers, rubber, inks, adhesives, waxes, cosmetics and more.

Suggested Usage Method 

• Recommended Dosage: Lubricating grease (5% – 40%); Non-stick coatings (0.1% – 8.0%).
• Operation Tips: High-speed stirring is required to achieve optimal dispersion effect of this Micronized PTFE.
• Pre-treatment: To retain excellent dispersion and blending properties of the PTFE Micropowder, oven treatment below 120℃ is allowed before use.
