Application
It can be used for dust removal (removal of particles) of electronic equipment such as CCD and CMOS sensors, cleaning of parts and cavities of semiconductor production equipment, if combined with hydrocarbon cleaners, it can be used for cleaning of LCD modules and panels. It can be used as lubricants to dilute hard discs, dispersion media for PTFE, solvents for aerosols, fluorine coating agents; solvents for fluorinated oils; reaction menstruum, extraction solvents for analytical purposes.
Note:
1. Hydrofluoroether is a volatile substance, which decomposes at high temperature, and its main decomposition products are toxic hydrogen fluoride and fluorocarbon organic compounds.
2. Avoid splashing into eyes and contacting skin during operation. Please wear protective gloves, gas masks and glasses when using.
3. After use, the container should be closed in time to avoid volatilization. Please wash your hands after operation.
