TPD-HFE-7000 is a colorless transparent liquid. It has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of zero, a low global warming potential (GWP), a short atmospheric residence time, high chemical and thermal stability, low toxicity, and low surface tension. It is an ideal substitute for ozone-depleting substances (ODS). It is suitable for low-temperature applications, non-corrosive, and will not damage electronic equipment in case of leakage or other equipment failures.
