Main Applications
1. Plastic & Rubber Industry: Functional additive for engineering plastics, modified resins and PTFE cables; effectively reduces friction and boosts wear resistance of thermoplastics and elastomers.
2. Coating Industry: Ideal additive for high corrosion-resistant fluorocarbon coatings and non-stick coatings for textile rollers.
3. Other Fields: Industrial paints and printing inks.
Suggested Usage Method
- Coatings: Recommended dosage 0.1% – 1%. Add the PTFE Micropowder at the early stage of production and apply high-speed mixing to achieve the best dispersion effect.
- Plastics & Rubbers: Dosage depends on actual product requirements; feel free to contact our technical team for customized guidance.
- Dispersion Suggestion: For easily dispersed systems, conventional mixers are sufficient. For hard-to-disperse systems, use high-shear equipment such as three-roll mills, high-speed dispersers or grinders.
